Starting pay begins at $17.00 per hour during training. Responsibilities Execute Chick-fil-A operational procedures with a servant-minded approach for our guests Demonstrate knowledge of brand promotions and products Execute opening and/or closing procedures for the restaurant Oversee and assist the team in daily operations Delegate tasks appropriately to support business needs Model clear communication and maintain a positive attitude Handle cash and execute cash management procedures Effectively lead and manage a team Coach, teach, and train Team Members on policies and procedures Foster a positive work environment for all team members Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Reliable transportation Ability to work quickly while remaining efficient and thorough Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic Treat others with honor, dignity, and respect Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy objects as needed Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job – it’s an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
