Delivery Driver

At Chick-fil-A, our Delivery Drivers play a key role in serving guests beyond the restaurant. They are responsible for delivering orders with speed, accuracy, safety, and care. They do this through safe driving, clear communication, excellent hospitality, and attention to detail so every guest receives a great Chick-fil-A experience wherever they are. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, friendly, responsible, and enjoys serving people while working independently. Schedule and Hours Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available Monday - Saturday availability Daytime, evening, and Saturday availability may be needed Benefits Included Closed on Sundays 50% employee meal discount 401(k) eligibility for employees over 21 after 1 year Paid time off for full-time employees after 1 year Subsidized health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees Paid training Access $2,500 in college scholarships per year Professional and fun work environment Intentional growth and development to help you reach your professional goals Responsibilities include: Deliver Chick-fil-A orders to guests safely, accurately, and on time Confirm order accuracy before leaving the restaurant Provide friendly and professional hospitality during each delivery Communicate clearly with guests and team members as needed Follow all traffic laws and safe driving expectations Use delivery technology and navigation tools properly Handle food with care and maintain Chick-fil-A quality standards Support order staging, bagging, drinks, and delivery preparation Keep delivery areas clean, organized, and stocked Assist with restaurant operations when not actively delivering Uphold Chick-fil-A’s culture, values, standards, policies, and dress code Support restaurant operations and other duties as assigned Qualifications: Shows Up — Reliable, consistent, professional, and ready to serve guests well. Additional Requirements: Must be 18+ years old Must have a working smartphone with a data plan and GPS Must have a valid state-issued driver's license Ability to carry delivery tote bags (approximately 50 lbs.)
