Job Requirements: Availability Monday-Saturday Available to be scheduled between 6:00AM and 5:00pm Must be able to work at least 4 daytime shifts per week Must be available during lunch shifts (10:30AM-2:00PM) Strong work ethic and positive attitude No prior experience necessary; we provide paid training Job Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service with a smile Collaborate with a motivated team to ensure smooth operations Prepare and serve delicious food items Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant Kitchen (Back of House) Team Member Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep Stock kitchen inventory as needed Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times Other duties as assigned Our Benefits Include: Flexible scheduling Scholarship opportunities Competitive pay (closed on Sundays) Affordable health care options Mental health support Life and disability insurance options, including free virtual care for all employees.
