What does a shift look like at Chick-fil-A as a Kitchen Crew Member? As a Kitchen Crew Member at Chick-fil-A, your day begins with a fresh chef coat. You will begin your shift by setting up kitchen stations with fresh ingredients. You’ll prepare iconic items like Chicken Sandwiches and Waffle Fries, ensuring quality and speed during fast-paced breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours. Working closely with your team, you’ll maintain a clean and safe kitchen, restock supplies, and follow proper food safety standards to keep operations running smoothly. Position Type: Full-time or Part-time positions available Hours: Night shift works between the hours of 2pm-11pm with flexible scheduling Our Benefits Include: A fun work environment where you can positively influence others Flexible scheduling (and closed on Sundays) Medical Benefits- We offer a variety of Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits packages Opportunity for advancement as we promote leaders from within Intentional growth and development to help you reach your professional goals Scholarship opportunities Competitive pay Back of House Team Member Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep Stock kitchen inventory as needed and as directed Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times including a name tag Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements: Consistent and reliable; MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON SATURDAYS Cheerful and positive attitude Loves serving and helping others Customer service oriented Strong interpersonal skills Detail-oriented Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Works well independently and in a team environment Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule and required to work Saturdays Have the ability to lift and carry 25 lbs on a regular basis Have the ability to stand for long periods of time Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job – it’s an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
