Back of House Team Member

Wage: $20/Hour This is an entry-level position at Chick-fil-A franchise restaurant at Serramonte Center in Daly City. The Team Member is responsible for all duties pertaining to the restaurant's back of house operations. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Cooking and Fulfilling Guest Orders Preparing Ingredients Food Safety and Quality Control Inventory Organization & Management Cleaning and Maintaining the Restaurant Perks Positive work environment with focused management team Discounted employee meals Company-sponsored scholarship opportunities Opportunities for growth Sundays are off Requirements Non-negotiable factors: positive attitude, coachable, team player, willingness to learn & improve Must be at least 18 years old Must have reliable mode of transportation to and from work Must be willing and able to work inside and outside of the restaurant as needed Must be willing and able to work in an fast-paced environment Must be willing and able to work on your feet for the entirety of your shift Required Minimum Availability Opening Open-12pm Lunch 10am-4pm Midday 2pm-8pm Closing 5pm-Close Friday/Saturday availability is required About Chick-fil-A Inc.
