Back of House Team Members are detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to preparing craveable food with care, consistency, and precision. Responsibilities Promote C.A.R.E. for our Team Members and Guests: Compassion, Accountability, Responsibility, and Excellence Prepare and cook food according to Chick-fil-A standards for quality, safety, and presentation Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen at all times Follow all food safety procedures and uphold BOH health code standards Ensure proper portioning and execution of recipes Restock and rotate inventory as needed throughout the shift Communicate proactively with other team members to ensure smooth operations Work with a strong sense of urgency to serve Guests quickly without sacrificing quality of food or service Adhere to Chick-fil-A Ocean Township rules and dress code at all times Demonstrate faithful stewardship of company resources and assets Other duties as assigned Requirements Always have a P.U.L.S.E.: Positive Attitude, Unreasonable Hospitality, Leadership, Servant Mindset, and Exceptional Food Strong communication and interpersonal skills Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic Consistency and reliability Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced, team environment Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule Have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis Have the ability to stand for long periods of time Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job – it’s an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
