Get full-time pay & full-time hours in only 3 days of work! Work ONLY Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday. Always have a weekend, never work Sundays! This schedule is for part-time team members as well. Use your 4 days off to work on schoolwork, take classes, or spend time with family. Compensation : $16.25/hour - full-time (35-40 hours/week) with the availability to open and/or close $15.75/hour - full-time (35-40 hours/week) without the availability to open or close $15.50/hour - part-time team members with availability to close $15.30/hour - part-time team members with a high school diploma or GED that cannot close At Chick-fil-A, the Back of House Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity.
