Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Legal right to operate a business in the U.S.
- Willingness to divest from other non-passive businesses
- $10,000 non-gifted, non-borrowed investment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- No prior bankruptcy history
