This is an important role and requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Be available for closing procedures, which include: Floor cleaning, dish washing, equipment cleaning, and deep cleaning as assigned.
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Complete all closing tasks as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Consistent and reliable
- Available to work 9PM - 1AM (somettimes earlier, sometime later)
- Able to take responsibility for work getting done quickly and perfectly.
- Cheerful and positive attitude, cares for fellow team members and leadership.
- a desire to do your best without constant oversight.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry 35 lbs on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
