The Burnsville Chick-fil-A offers an optional 3 DAY WORK WEEK that allows full time employees to work 6 long days with 7 days off in a row! This would give you a full week of work off every other week while still being considered full time!
The 3 day work week is not a requirement for full time employees, just an option to serve certain lifestyles and preferences.

As a Hospitality Team Member, you will welcome & greet guests, maintain cleanliness in the dining room, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know! Successful Team Members will conduct themselves in a positive attitude and truthful character demonstrating 2nd mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 14 years of age
- Strong interpersonal skills; gets along well with others

- Ability to multi-task and detail oriented
- Able to work well independently and in a team environment
- Must be hard working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer skills.
At Chick-fil-A, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients and always have. Since the beginning, we have served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, which we bread by hand in our restaurants.
