Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Remarkable Guest Service: Greet guests promptly, courteously, and with genuine warmth.
- Dining Room Excellence: Maintain a clean, inviting, and well-stocked dining area at all times.
- Table Service: Anticipate guest needs, refresh beverages, and offer assistance before being asked.
- Customer Interaction: Engage in friendly conversations and build positive connections with guests.
- Problem Resolution: Handle guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, following Chick-fil-A standards.
- Team Collaboration: Support coworkers in front and back of house to ensure smooth operations.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Chick-fil-A’s values both in and outside of the restaurant.

REQUIREMENTS
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have.
