Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and cleanliness in compliance with Chick-fil-A brand standards and health regulations.
- Lead and support shifts, ensuring proper delegation of tasks and effective workflow.
- Troubleshoot restaurant technology, equipment, and inventory to prevent disruptions in service.
Team Development & Leadership:
- Support the hiring, training, and development of team members, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
