We are seeking an our HR Coordinator to oversee the full Talent lifecycle from recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and off boarding. This position requires you to be self-motivated, extremely coach-able, and a detail-oriented individual. You must be highly perceptive and socially aware in your interactions with applicants and existing Team Members, with the ability to accurately read each situation. It is also important that you have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to easily establish rapport with a diverse range of people. Pay Type: Starting at up to $20.00 - 21.00/hrPosition Type:Part-Time / Open Availability (ability to be scheduled 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM / Monday - Saturday) 15-20 hoursOur Benefits:Access to scholarship up to $2,500 per yearSundays OffFlexible HoursEmployee MealsOpportunities for Advancement and Leadership Skill DevelopmentPositive and Encouraging Work EnvironmentQualifications:Must be 18 or olderMust have experience in HRMust have a valid driver’s licenseMust have a reliable vehicleProven ability to display high levels of professionalism, honor, dignity, and respectResponsibilities:Ensure the application, interview, and on-boarding process are completed within the established timeline to ensure the most efficient and effective methods are being utilized continuously.Maintain a constant and adequate pipeline of applicants to meet the staffing needs of the business based on future needs and trends/historical hiring data.This includes all recruiting and potential external leadership candidatesCreate a proactive recruiting strategy and ensure all information posted is current.Create, collect, organize, and keep current all hiring data. This includes but is not limited to:Total applications received, % screen, % interviewed, % hired, average tenure of new hires, etc., that allows us to continue to refine our processes.Organizational Alignment:Connect regularly with Directors of Front and Back of House to assess current and future staffing needs.Tactical Expectations:Recruiting:Create and maintain fresh/relevant recruiting materials for digital and in-restaurant useDrive application traffic to ensure an adequate flow of candidates year-roundMaintain relationships with area schools, visiting during lunch to recruit studentsParticipate in local job fairs & recruiting eventsManage recruiting referral program (when applicable)Interviewing:Know the staffing needs of the business at all times by communicating with the Owner/Operator, Front and Back of House DirectorsEnsure legal guidelines are followed in screening and interviewing applicantsThis includes scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, etc.Establish an efficient/effective interview processOn-boarding:Oversee uniform ordering for all new hiresEnsure all applicants are approved through the E-Verify processEnsure all paperwork and documents are collected and organized appropriatelyExecute all onboarding components and evaluate continuously to look for areas of improvementNew Hires:Maintain log of all new hires to and administer 45-day review testSick Log:Maintain a log of all team members/team leader call offs due to illnessNote and communicate patterns of behavior and/or illness outbreaksExecute Employee Reviews:Maintain employee review calendar and execute TM reviews with the assistance of the operations teamAdministrative:Applicant screeningInterview scheduling File all employee documents/paperworkProvide Operator with Employee Referral Bonus information each pay period (when applicable) Required Skills:Smiles & connects with people, makes eye contact & speaks enthusiasticallyExhibits professionalism in every situationSelf-driven and results-orientedTakes initiativeHigh code of ethicsPuts the brand and store vision in front of all decisions madeLeads with enthusiasm and passionPositive attitudeExpert communicatorAdaptable, dependable, and strong work ethicDisplays a desire to grow and continuously improve him/herselfThank you for your interest in employment at Chick-fil-A at Fox Chapel!
