HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?

As the Community Operations Manager, you will provide operational leadership and oversight across multiple Community Services programs. You will help ensure programs operate efficiently, remain compliant with funding and regulatory requirements, and continue delivering high-quality wraparound services to families and communities.

In this role, you will work closely with program leadership and senior management to strengthen operational systems, manage complex budgets, and support program development and sustainability. Ideally, you are someone who can analyze challenges, implement solutions, manage competing priorities, and build strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and funders.
