Minimum Qualifications And Competencies
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Some experience from which knowledge and skills can be utilized to perform general clerical work.
- Able to obtain fingerprint clearance card.
- Have excellent phone etiquette, and be customer service driven, and able to multi-task.
- Must have written and verbal communications skills.
- Able to work with minimum supervision, knowledge of MS Office (Work, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Experience and commitment to working with multiethnic, multicultural, low-income populations.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, especially Microsoft teams).
- Excellent documentation skills
- Proven ability to follow-up and meet deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in order to balance the many responsibilities.
