Objective And Position Summary
The Case Manager will play a key role in reducing child maltreatment by delivering Level 3 of the evidence-based Triple P Parenting Program to families with children ages 0-12 in Bernalillo County. This position focuses on providing responsive, trauma-informed, and individualized parenting support to underserved families through brief consultations, case management, and practical skill-building. Responsibilities include facilitating homework assignments to reinforce parenting strategies, identifying behavioral concerns, and making respectful referrals to partner organizations when risk factors are present. The Case Manager will also support outreach and recruitment efforts, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to ongoing evaluation and reporting to ensure program effectiveness and continuous quality improvement. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, cultural humility, and the ability to work independently across diverse communities including Albuquerque, Paradise Hills, Corrales, Edgewood, Sedillo, Sandia Heights, and Tijeras. Services will be provided in English and Spanish, with translation support available for other languages.

- Program Evaluation and Reporting
- Competence in collecting and analyzing data for performance measures.
- Ability to prepare monthly invoices, quarterly reports, and final program summaries.
- Bilingual Communication (English/Spanish)
- Fluency in Spanish preferred; ability to work with interpreters for other languages.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Education/Background:
- Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, Family Studies, Counseling, or a related field or combination of education and at least 2 years of relevant experience in case management, family support services, or child welfare.
- Prior experience implementing evidence-based parenting programs (Triple P preferred) or working with families in a behavioral health or child development setting, is preferred.
- Certifications:
- Willingness to complete Triple P Level 3 certification within 3-months of hire (if not already certified).
- Language:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Ability to work with interpreters for other languages as needed.

- Valid driver’s license in good standing and proof of insurance.
