- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette.
- Oversee calendar management and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings using productivity software.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets, Word processing, and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence to support daily office functions.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping.
- Support customer service efforts by responding promptly to client inquiries and providing exceptional support via phone or email.
- Assist with office management duties including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and organization of office space to promote efficiency.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with strong computer literacy skills.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual ability is a plus!
- Demonstrated experience in clerical work, data entry, and front desk responsibilities.
