Pest Control Branch General Manager
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our North Chicagoland branch.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage branch operations to meet sales goals, KPIs, and budget targets
- Hire, train, and develop team members
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and industry safety and licensing requirements
- Resolve escalated customer issues and uphold service standards
- Drive overall branch performance and profitability
Requirements:
- Must hold a Commercial Pesticide Applicator Certification
- 2 years of pest control branch management experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be 21 years or older
