Job Title: Nurse Practitioner
Location(s): Chicago, IL (60625 and 60614)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: from $50.00 per hour

Requirements:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (required)
- 2 years of experience in Skilled Nursing facilities (preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and effective time management
- Ability to travel within a 12-20 mile radius
As an Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner with us, you will:
- Collaborate with patients and various multi-disciplinary teams to develop tailored treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based guidelines to provide optimal care
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments
- Create and implement weekly rounding schedules for assigned facilities
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
Work Environment:
- Day shift
- In-person work
- Flexible hours, 8-40 per week (based on your employment status FT/PT)
