Receptionist

CTI is looking for a dependable Receptionist to join our team in Romeoville, Illinois. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, has strong organizational skills, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.

As the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience while supporting daily office operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet visitors and provide a welcoming first impression
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Respond to general inquiries and assist callers
• Perform accurate data entry
• Scan, organize, and electronically file documents
• Process paperwork and maintain office records
• Provide general administrative support to the team
• Assist with additional office duties as needed

We're seeking someone who is:

• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a busy office
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Reliable and eager to be part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of receptionist or administrative office experience preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Primarily office-based
• Occasional interaction with our warehouse and shop floor
• Regular walking, standing, bending, and filing
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds when needed
