Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbus, OH for an Escrow Officer/Escrow Assistant. The responsibilities include facilitating real estate closings, preparing escrow instructions, managing funds in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with clients and real estate agents. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring accurate and timely processing of all escrow and title documents.
Qualifications
- Experience with Closings and Escrow processes
- Possession of Notary certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication and professional interaction
- Knowledge of Residential Real Estate transactions
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in escrow and title software is a plus
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in real estate, escrow, or related fields are advantageous
