Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in San Francisco, CA. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and promoting the company's title and escrow services. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. The role also involves staying current on real estate market trends to better support client needs and company goals.
Qualifications
- Sales and relationship management experience, including client prospecting, account management, and contract negotiation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage clients and build lasting partnerships.
- Knowledge of real estate transactions, title insurance, and escrow processes is preferred.
- Minimum of two years of sales experience
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related technology to manage client interactions and sales pipelines.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in the real estate or title insurance industry is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and client-focused work environment.
