Since 2005, Chicago Swim School has been helping kids build confidence and a lifelong love of swimming. Now, we’re looking for a Part-Time Marketing Lead (up to 20 hours per week) to champion our brand and bring our mission to more families across Chicagoland.
As our Marketing Lead, you’ll:
- Create and execute innovative marketing strategies that grow brand awareness and community engagement.
- Manage and inspire a small marketing team to deliver exceptional results.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns — digital, social, print, and community outreach — that showcase the heart of who we are.
- Analyze trends, measure performance, and use insights to continuously improve results.
- Collaborate with leadership and other teams to ensure our message is clear, consistent, and inspiring.
We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and data-savvy leader who’s ready to make a real impact. A swimming background isn’t required — just a passion for connecting people to something meaningful.

What You Must Have:
* 4 years relevant work experience (4 year college degree preferred)
* Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and empower a team
* Demonstrated ability to create, implement, and analyze strategic plans
* Demonstrated ability to recognize and solve problems swiftly and efficiently
* Willing to travel between locations in Mokena and Arlington Heights
* Flexibility to work evenings and Saturday mornings
* Pass a background check
