Job Summary | Chicago State University (CSU), is the oldest public university in the Chicago metropolitan area. Job Description | Recruit, Develop, and Deliver Instructions and Advise Students: (35%)

Minimum Qualifications |

Preferred Qualifications | Master's degree in education, counseling, student affairs, or related field; doctorate preferred. * Experience in supervising professional staff, budget preparation, and program development/enhancement * Experience in academic advising, student support services, or related areas in higher education. * Knowledge of teacher certification requirements and experience working with diverse student populations. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders. * Grant writing and project management experience preferred. |
