What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Host/Part-Time Server position at Chicago Oyster House?
Chicago Oyster House is seeking responsible and hard working individual for part time host and server position. Must be able to work at least 2 - 3 evenings a week, 4pm-closing. This is a dual positions, consisting of hosting and serving. Must know our menu and system before cross training as a server.
Requirement:
1 year of host experience and 1 years of serving at a full service restaurant.
Experience with POS systems, Open Table and carry out.
Know our menu after a few days of training.
Accurately take orders, enter into the system and pack orders.
Greet and seat customers to servers according to flow.
Book Reservations on open table.
Assist team as required.
Must have a valid food handler and basset certificates.
Pay: $18-$30/hour
Job Type: Part-time
