Our Am Law 100 client is seeking an associate who has 3-6 years of technology transactions experience, including licensing, privacy, protection of trade secrets, and supply, distribution, development, manufacturing and other service agreements. This attorney will advise clients regarding technology and intellectual property issues that arise in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, LBOs, corporate carve-outs, spin-offs, private equity and debt financings.
