Our small, litigation boutique client (under 20 attorneys) is seeking an associate who has, ideally, 4-7 years of commercial litigation experience. The firm handles a variety of litigation issues involving business tort, cryptocurrency and blockchain, data privacy and cybersecurity, employment, intellectual property/technology, trademark infringement, professional liability, shareholder/partner dispute, financial malpractice, construction and commercial real estate litigation issues. The associates gain considerable courtroom and discovery experience. The base salary range is $150k-$200k and the expected billables are 1,700.
