POSITION TITLE: Director of Clinical and Compliance Services
EXEMPTION STATUS: Exempt
REPORTS TO: Chief Program Officer
POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Director of Clinical and Compliance Services (DCCS) works with program leadership to ensure the development and implementation of a clinical approach to service delivery that is consistent throughout all program service areas, including case management, housing, and employment. They will provide strategic and clinical leadership to support standardized clinical practices that are evidence-based, coordinated, and integrated throughout all client engagement from time of intake to assessment to treatment planning to time of discharge. While supporting excellence and growth of program staff, the DCCS oversees and monitors compliance of clinical practices to ensure they are aligned with Medicaid billing regulations, state and federal laws and regulations, and with the NASW (National Association of Social Work) Code of Ethics.
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
