Program Support Specialist

Department: Bridges Youth Arts Program | Reports To: Program Director

The Bridges Youth Arts Program provides a safe, enriching, and creative environment where young people can explore the arts, build life skills, and develop a strong sense of community and self-worth.

Position Summary

The Program Support Specialist plays a vital hands-on role in the daily operations of the Bridges Youth Arts Program. This position is responsible for providing direct support to program participants through food preparation and snack distribution, facilitation of arts and crafts activities, organized games, and other enrichment experiences. The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, and genuinely passionate about working with youth in a trauma-informed, inclusive environment.

Salary : $18 - $20
