Position Summary
The Program Support Specialist plays a vital hands-on role in the daily operations of the Bridges Youth Arts Program. This position is responsible for providing direct support to program participants through food preparation and snack distribution, facilitation of arts and crafts activities, organized games, and other enrichment experiences. The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, and genuinely passionate about working with youth in a trauma-informed, inclusive environment.
Salary : $18 - $20
