As a Retail Sales & Customer Service Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive in-store experience while helping customers find the right products and services to meet their needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers with purchases, questions, and product recommendations
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and current promotions
- Support customers with basic account or billing-related questions when needed
- Process transactions and maintain a smooth checkout experience
- Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Work with team members to meet daily and weekly sales goals
- Participate in ongoing paid training to learn products and customer service best practices
