Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Greet and assist customers in selecting mobile phones, devices, and accessories that meet their needs
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrate product features
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store sales goals
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain the store’s appearance by keeping it clean and organized
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in electronics or mobile devices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Knowledge of mobile devices and accessories is a plus
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Full availability to work full time in person
- Reliable transportation with no schedule restrictions
- Open to travel as needed
