Duties
- Assist with assembly line operations, ensuring products meet quality standards
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials and finished goods
- Use hand tools and power tools for assembly, maintenance, and minor repairs
- Support the setup and breakdown of manufacturing stations and equipment
- Perform basic troubleshooting on machinery and report issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper handling of materials and equipment
- Assist with inventory management by loading, unloading, and storing raw materials and finished products
Skills
- Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred
- Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation and troubleshooting
- Experience with assembly line processes and working with hand tools or power tools
- Warehouse experience including forklift operation is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks safely
