Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chicago, IL for the Chief of Staff / Founder's Associate. In this position, the candidate will support executive-level decision-making, manage key projects, and streamline operations to ensure alignment with the company’s goals. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, leading special initiatives, managing schedules, preparing briefing materials, and spearheading organizational improvements.
