This job will require afternoon/evening and weekend shifts. We will only consider applicants who can work:
- At least one 8-hour shift on a weekend day
- At least one 8-hour shift (12pm to close) on a weekday between Monday and Thursday
- Other shorter shifts in the evening to fill out the 15-25 hours per week
- You get to work with kids and adults, teaching a life skill that could be life saving

- Ability to work in the water for periods of up to 5 hours

- Basic swimming competency in the four competitive swim strokes

- The ability to commit to at least 1 year of employment, afternoons and weekends required
