About the Role
The Chicago Bears are looking for part-time team members to join our Game Presentation Team. Members of the Game Presentation Team must have passion for bringing Bears Events to life and are able excel in a fast-paced environment. This position is paid hourly with varying hours (approx. 20 hours/month) of commitment including home games and fan events.

Responsibilities
- Represent the Chicago Bears at a variety of events annually with the goal of enhancing the fan experience through positive, energetic fan interaction

Setup and execution of Game Presentation elements across all Bears Home Games & Events which may include Draft Party, Training Camp, Family Fest, & Away Game Watch Parties:
- Select contestants for in game promotions and execute according to game script.
- Facilitate on-site promotions for all events such as raffles, post-practice autographs, etc.
- Coordinate on-field Pregame elements such as our USA Flag, & Bear Down Flag.
- Assist with movement and execution of Anthem, Color Guard, Flyover, Halftime, etc. on gameday.
- On-site Lead for all our Away Game Watch parties located at various locations throughout Chicagoland.
- Assist with the execution of sponsorship or internal activation and promotions. This may include but is not limited to player or alumni autograph sessions, display logistics, corporate partner, community relations, and private hospitality assistance.
- Communicate professionally and efficiently with the Bears Talent/Entertainment Team.
- Represent the Bears brand with humility and authenticity
- Track hours worked accurately
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be willing and able to work all home games and major fan events, including nights, weekends, holidays and in outdoor conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs frequently
- Required to travel frequently (majority of events are located in Chicagoland area)
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and customer service skills with the ability to be a team player and enjoy working in a team environment
- Must be passionate about the Chicago Bears or have a willingness to learn about the organization
- Takes initiative, is adaptable and dependable
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time in varying weather conditions, including climbing up & down bleacher stairs
- Previous game presentation, marketing, promotional, event, experience preferred
