Job Overview
Part-time, hourly position- 16 hours/week
We are a growing company looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our team. It is essential that you have strong work ethic and that you are highly reliable. Duties
You’ll be part of our daily cream cheese / sauce production.
Responsibilities include:
- Mix and portion cream cheese and other spreads & syrups using mixers and food-safe handling
- Slice deli meat & vegetables
- Prep delivery orders (staging racks, counting, packaging, loading)
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow food safety and sanitation standards
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual—this role supports early production and on-time deliveries
- Able to follow recipes/processes and pay attention to timing and detail
- ServSafe certificate a plus but not a necessary. We will train and provide opportunity to obtain certification.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift and carry up to [40–50] lbs (flour/dry goods, racks, trays)
- Comfortable working around hot ovens/steam and handling food safely

Note: We are a production facility. The job inside our production bakery alongside our general manager & part-time production and delivery associate. We a small team where each individual is in charge of their own tasks.

Monday - 7am-3pm
Tuesday - 7am-3pm
Pay: $17.00 per hour
