Chic Soul is seeking a Part-Time Customer Support Representative with open availability to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves helping customers, and is comfortable navigating multiple platforms and systems.
This position requires flexibility within our hours of operation:
Hours of Operation:
- Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM CST – 8:00 PM CST
- Sunday: 8:00 AM CST – 9:00 PM CST

Responsibilities
- Navigate and respond to customers across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Must understand how social media platforms operate and be able to confidently navigate each platform
- Answer incoming customer phone calls
- Maintain chat response times of 1 minute or less
- Understand the online shopping process to assist customers effectively
- Navigate multiple systems to provide the best customer resolution
- Communicate with customers via chat, email, phone, text, and social media regarding orders, questions, and special requests
- Log customer issues and resolutions in spreadsheets
- Act as a liaison between customer support and shipping/receiving teams for special requests
- Consistently review product catalog to provide personalized recommendations and styling suggestions
- Provide first-class customer service with a friendly, empathetic, and positive attitude
Requirements
- Must have prior customer service experience
- Must understand how social media platforms operate, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Must be able to type efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain quick response times across multiple communication channels
- Open availability within business hours, including weekends
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
