We’re all about creating joy, bringing people together, and making event rentals stress-free for our clients. Our team is upbeat, hardworking, and always ready to roll up our sleeves in the office or warehouse.
The Role:
We’re on the hunt for a rockstar Customer Service and Administration Associate to join our team three days a week:
Monday & Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM
Saturday: 9 AM - 1 PM
This isn’t just any office job—you’ll be at the heart of the action, helping clients bring their events to life! Your role will include:
Answering calls & assisting customers with their rental needs
Managing our social media accounts & engaging with our audience
Greeting clients & making them feel welcome
Organizing files, processing paperwork & keeping things running smoothly
Assisting with showroom appearance & product inventory
Running occasional errands & helping with rental coordination
What We’re Looking For:
Outgoing & friendly personality—you love interacting with people!
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Highly organized & detail-oriented—multitasking is your superpower
Tech-savvy—comfortable with email, databases & social media
Able to lift & move up to 50 lbs (we’re in the events business, after all!)
Valid driver’s license
Experience in office work, customer service, or events is a plus!
