Job Purpose: The role of a receptionist is to facilitate customer demands and needs.
Essential Tasks:
Schedule appointments
Answer phone
Provide snacks and warm welcoming environment
Complete sales transactions
Socialize and answer all client questions
Maintain clean work environment
Handling of payments
Re-stock all necessary facility items
Open and Close boutique
Handle aftercare guide for eyelash clients
Job Requirements:
Willingness to learn about eyelash extension/tinting/perming/threading industry
Recommended experience in point of sales system
Trustworthy

Excellent verbal communication and command of the English language
Professional demeanor
Must maintain a high level of hygiene
Must be punctual and attentive to detail
Abilities Required:
Ability to read and understand procedural instructions such as eyelash application steps and regulatory policies
Ability to read and understand a variety of procedural instructions, written and oral, and convert these to proper actions
Ability to maintain cleanliness of work station and self
Ability to communicate take home care instructions to clients
Ability to handle confidential data
Ability to successfully demonstrate excellent customer service skills
