As a Scheduling Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the scheduling team, ensuring efficient patient access and resource utilization.
Every day you will manage and mentor scheduling staff, monitor appointment workflows, resolve complex scheduling issues, and ensure adherence to policies and customer service standards.

The Chattanooga Heart Institute offers the most comprehensive cardiac care available in this region. Founded in 1976, we now have six offices in Tennessee and one in Georgia. Our practice is made up of 29 board-certified cardiologists and three cardiothoracic surgeons. We merged with CHI Memorial Health Care System in 2011 which is part of CommonSpirit Health. CommonSpirit has more than 700 care sites across the U.S. and is committed to building healthy communities.
Pay Range
$18.96 - $26.78 /hour

- Oversight of all scheduling staff at assigned office.
- Ensure accurate and complete provider schedules at assigned office.
- Track staff productivity in various areas. Audit patient care slips, ensure completion of no show reports, and reminder calls for assigned office.
- Implement internal policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the department.
- Oversee Order Facilitator, completion of provider and employee tasks, and hospital scheduling process at assigned office.
- Cover scheduling areas as needed during peak times, vacations, illnesses, etc.
Job Requirements
- High School Graduate or
- High School GED and
- 5 years in medical registration/scheduling setting and
- None, upon hire
