Pay Range
$35.20 - $51.04 /hour

- Conducts psychosocial assessments and develops a plan of treatment.
- Provides support and crisis counseling.
- Responsible for coordinating and implementing discharge plan.
- Provides consultation services to other disciplines, evaluating and interpreting psychosocial information to other professionals.
- Completes documentation as required.
