Pay Range
$34.00 - $50.58 /hour

What you'll do...
- Except to deliver care to 4-6 patients per shift
- Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation
- Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging.
- Performs and documents assessments as stated on Patient Care Plan and/or as patient condition requires, i.e. admission system assessment, vital signs, intake and output, ADLs, etc.
- Identifies discharge planning/education needs as early as possible upon admission, documents and plans in order to meet those needs.
- Completes all documentation according to standard operating procedures.
- Performs personal cares according to standard operating procedure.
- Collects and accurately charges for all patient care items and/or services. Charge sheet is completed at the end of each shift. Assesses, identifies and communicates unit staffing needs for current and oncoming shifts and assigns admissions and/or transfers based on patient acuity level, nurse/patient ratio, and nursing skill levels.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state of North Dakota.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certified through American Heart Association (AHA) required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- ACLS and PALS from American Heart Association recommended.
