This is not an OR or Pre/Post-Op role; this is comprehensive acute care for patients requiring extended hospitalization after major surgery (abdominal, orthopedic, urologic, etc.) or due to complex medical conditions.

Work Agreement
- Shift Length/Type: 12 hour shifts, Rotating day and night shift
- On Call Expectations: None
- Weekend/Holiday Rotating: Every third weekend /Two holidays per year
Qualifications You Bring
- Required:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota (or ability to obtain).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
- Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Previous experience in acute care, medical-surgical, or post-surgical nursing.
