As our Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech), you will be pivotal in producing diagnostic images that enable Radiologists to accurately diagnose and manage patient conditions.
Each day, you will perform a variety of imaging examinations, including X-rays, ultrasound, diagnostic fluoroscopy, CT/CAT scans, and MRIs, while actively contributing to a positive patient experience through direct interaction.

Pay Range
$40.10 - $52.26 /hour
As our Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech), you will be pivotal in producing diagnostic images that enable Radiologists to accurately diagnose and manage patient conditions.

- Completes all exams including all applicable ancillary charges and verifies exams in a timely manner upon exam completion.
- Takes x-ray images of specified body parts as ordered and follows established procedures, processes images accordingly.
- Practices radiation safety during exams in keeping with the ALARA principle.
- Provides lead shields to protect unaffected body parts from exposure to radiation.
- Performs all procedures as requested; determining appropriate exposure, proper instructions to and positioning of patient and with minimal amount of repeats.
- Adapts exams to the needs of patients in special age groups, familiar with use of positioning aids (pigg-o-stat, etc.) in accomplishing pediatric exams.
Required
Job Requirements
- OBMI Rad Tech license
- Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT within 6 months
- Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology Program or enrolled in an approved Radiology Technology program with completed clinical competencies
- AHA BLS within 30 days
