- Must be a BE/BC Family Medicine
- Experienced in Family Medicine with a desire to work in a traditional primary care clinic setting
- Full time 40-hour work week
- Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work well in a team-based care delivery model
- Possess a strong commitment to the creation of healthier communities
- This practice model supports outpatient clinic operations
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible Employer
- Base salary $354,780
- Starting loan of up to 10% of base compensation
- Production incentives

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
- Active or eligible license in the state of Minnesota
- Strong clinical skills with experience in Family Medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
