Pay Range
$17.24 - $24.35 /hour

In this role, you’ll coordinate special projects, prepare reports and presentations, and serve as a key resource to help advance strategic objectives and improve clinical practice across the region.
What You’ll Do
- Assist Regional Nursing Leaders and teams with assigned projects by gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and providing actionable recommendations.
- Develop and deliver professional presentations, reports, and graphical materials to support leadership initiatives.
- Maintain standardized reports such as budget reconciliations, meeting minutes, and clinical practice tracking.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including physicians, to ensure timely project completion.
- Manage leadership schedules, meetings, and materials—ensuring priorities and deadlines are met.
- Respond to inquiries, assess urgency, and direct to the appropriate resources.
- Provide administrative support, research, and follow-up on special projects assigned by nursing and service line leaders.

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven administrative and/or project coordination experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other data/analytical software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
