Knowing this, we make sure we have the best Lab Assistants on our team to provide the highest level of patient care. We hire Lab Assistants who not only have the proper training and education to get the job done, but also have a special skill of putting our patients at ease when blood work is ordered. - Knowledge of the principles and practices of microbiology, biology, hematology, immunohematology, urinalysis and chemistry.
- Knowledge of a clinical laboratory as it applies to the collection and processing of samples. Testing of samples, interpretation of results, and the communication of those results to appropriate personnel.
- Knowledge of laboratory chemical and biological safety
- Ability to operate and maintain laboratory equipment
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Lab experience preferred
Salary : $16 - $22
