Responsibilities
- Greets and triages all patients that come into the clinic and assist them according to their needs
- Checks patients in using our EHR system, tagging patients appropriately
- Updates demographic and insurance information
- Updates any needed paperwork
- Verifies all insurances
- Obtains referrals from primary care offices for insurance that require them
- Communicates to nursing staff as needed for patients
- Greets and signs for any supplies or packages delivered to the clinic
Qualifications
Education: High School diploma or general education degree.
Experience: 1 year experience in medical office preferred.
Pay Range
$15.15 - $20.84 /hour
Salary : $15 - $21
