Pay Range
$32.08 - $46.51 /hour

- Responsible for the daily care of the patient including admissions, assessments, treatments, medications, education and discharge planning
- Develops, implements and modifies the patient care plan as indicated by patient’s conditions and responses. Uses multidisciplinary team strategies to resolve patient problems
- Administer medications using barcode scanning
- Ensures all required documentation completed in ORM within Meditech for all surgical patients
- Demonstrates adequacy in EDM tracker and PCS
- Respectful and effective communication with all patient populations, physicians, and across all areas of continuum of care
Required
- Registered Nurse Degree from an Accredited College or University
- Registered Nurse: MN
- Basic Life Support - CPR
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support
