- Assesses patient's health and continuously monitors; completes Comprehensive Interdisciplinary Patient Assessments; detect changes and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needs
- Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol
- Sets priorities in plan of care based on assessed needs and anticipates personnel, supplies, and equipment required to care for patients based on assessed needs
- Works collaboratively with provider to provide exceptional care
- Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures
- Provides patient and family education

Required
- Associate Of Nursing Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse: ND, upon hire and
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
Preferred
- Dialysis RN experience
Salary : $32 - $48
